This Travel Journal is designed to accompany you through a longer journey, from the anticipation before you leave to the things you’re still thinking about once you’re home.

It is divided into three parts: before, during and after your trip. Along the way, prompts invite you to set intentions, pay attention to the everyday life around you, remember conversations and observations, and reflect on what you’re taking home with you.

There is plenty of empty space too. For the things no prompt could have anticipated: a recommendation scribbled over coffee, something you overheard, a sketch, an address you want to remember, or simply whatever feels worth writing down.

Think of it less as a record of everything you did, and more as a place to keep what you noticed.
