Products

We aim to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. Because colours can vary between screens and our products involve physical paper and printed materials, minor differences in appearance may occur.

Prices and payment

All prices displayed on our store are in euros (€) and include applicable VAT where required.

Any shipping costs are shown separately during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout.

We reserve the right to cancel an order where we are unable to fulfil it, where there has been an obvious pricing or product-information error, or where payment has not been successfully completed. If we cancel a paid order, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Pre-orders

Where a product is offered for pre-order, the expected dispatch timing will be communicated on our website before purchase.

For our October 2026 launch, pre-orders will begin shipping from 15 October 2026.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping costs and available destinations are shown at checkout.

We are responsible for your order until it has been delivered to you, subject to applicable law.

Faulty products and statutory guarantee

Products must meet the standards that you can reasonably expect from them. Your statutory rights regarding faulty or non-conforming products are not limited by these Terms & Conditions.

Applicable law
